In June, PAL was honored to be part of the first Inclusive Basket Battle, organized by the Special Olympics of MA and the Dorchester Blue Devils. The athletes learned some new techniques in the pre-tournament clinic and then showed their new skills in the Showcase games. It was a great day all around with music and a fantastic cookout! The BPD, the Sheriff's Dept., and Mass State Police were all in attendance to cheer on the teams and support community policing.
